ProjectWatchPRO is the brainchild of John A. McCabe, who brings over two decades of firsthand experience as a consultant in the construction services industry. Having owned and operated his own construction services consulting company, John intimately understands the challenges these businesses face when it comes to increasing profitability.

ProjectWatchPRO doesn’t replace your accounting or payroll software. Instead, it gives you the real-time operational data those systems can’t.

We track employee time by job and task, apply your actual labor burden and overhead costs (including overtime rules), and allow for edits before timesheets are locked in. We also auto-generate invoice details based on the original quote and real work completed — with printable quotes and invoice formats included.

Need to send that data to payroll or accounting? We’ve got you covered. We will integrate with providers like ADP, Ceridian, Payworks, Sage, QuickBooks, and more as needed — either directly or through tools like Zapier.
